What if I have dietary requirements?

We can accommodate reasonable dietary requirements indicated at time of booking. However, we are regrettably unable to accommodate major last-minute requirements or menu adaptations brought up on the day of service. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I contact you to make a reservation?

To make a reservation at Mill Street Bistro, please book through our website or via the Dineplan booking platform. For bookings of five or more, a deposit is required (see below).

What if I have a party of five or more?

To secure reservations of five people or more, a deposit of R200 per guest is to be paid at the time of booking. Please be aware that non-payment of this deposit constitutes a cancellation of the provisional booking. If guest numbers are less than the original booking, we reserve the right to retain the deposit for the missing covers. If the deposit is not paid 24 hours before the reservation, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

What is your corkage policy?

At Mill St Bistro, we have worked hard to offer a wine list you won’t find anywhere else in South Africa. Our selection has been curated to represent the makers we feel are doing something different, unique, exciting, and delicious. As such, we encourage guests to savour these wines alongside our food. Guests who wish to bring their own wine will be charged a rate of R200 per bottle.
