Our Approach
Our outlook for Mill St Bistro is ambitious yet simple: to change the way people think about food. The choices we make in our kitchen have positive impacts on our wider environments, from soil regeneration to supporting communities.
Chef Phil’s vision takes the rigors and refinement of French gastronomy, applies it to local produce, and complements the result with lots of pickling, fermenting, and preserving to slice through their inherent richness.
